“In fact, the person recommending me for (the opportunity) is indeed a magician like you said!”

“Yes. Let’s read more about the blockage you mentioned.”

 ***

I was raised to value spirituality, art, and nature. I've been privileged to work with many talented teachers from diverse backgrounds who have challenged and expanded my perspective. I'm a lifelong learner, and my practice constantly evolves as I help others achieve their goals and manage the obstacles and blessings of life, including love, money, career, loss, gain, physical challenges, parenting, grandparenting, discovery, and recovery. Working with you at this time in your journey is an honor.

My approach to magical consultation involves oracular readings. I primarily use early tarot cards and glass-encased vigil candles. I favor the "Marseille" style of tarot, which originated in 17th and 18th-century Lyon, Dijon, and Chambery. My preferred tarot decks include Noblet, Dodal, and Payen. At my table, Lenormand decks such as the Helium Poet, Madam Marrow, and Green Glyphs are mainstays. My reading style incorporates Langage des Oiseaux, Open Reading, and Read Like the Devil.

My earliest memory of tarot dates back to around age five. While exploring my grandaunt's bookshelf, I stumbled upon a first-edition 1949 copy of the book "Tarot de Marseille" by Paul Marteau. The images captivated me. They were familiar yet strange, sparking a flurry of questions. My mother and grandaunt explained the history of the imagery and its connection to modern playing cards. This was my introduction to tarot in a home filled with art, animals, herbs, and fantastical notions of magic and spirit. I began seriously studying the use of Marseille and Lenormand for divination in 2017, and have since become some of my primary tools.

Gardening is an integral part of my magical practice. I cultivate various herbs in candle dressing, spell work, oils, sprays, incense, and medicine bags. The essence of magical herb power lies in direct contact and plant care. It's like preparing a home-cooked meal with vegetables you've grown and harvested yourself; something divine elevates the experience. This connection with the spirit of the land and gratitude towards the plant makes all the difference.

My work involves achieving love, money, career, home, and body success. The foundation for success lies in spiritual brightness, radiant health, and inspiration for continuous growth. Protection, boundary management, and cleansing are crucial for maintaining good spiritual hygiene. When these elements flow harmoniously, you'll attract what you desire.

In 2019, my wife Lelia and I established myselfismycards, a card and candle-reading business based in California. We've had the privilege of learning from and collaborating with some of the finest readers and rootworkers in the field.

A portion of our work involves reading candles and preparing reports for a renowned conjure shop in Los Angeles, California. We average around 240 candle readings per month for clients worldwide.

In addition to online, email, and phone readings, we participate in over a dozen live events throughout Southern California annually.

Tarot Readings

  • I approach tarot readings with neutral curiosity, allowing the cards to guide the interpretation.

  • I encourage clients to ask well-formed questions that involve substance and purpose.

  • Divination can help clients access feelings, memories, and pathways to uncrossing.

  • I recognize that some questions are better suited for medical or legal professionals, and I encourage clients to seek appropriate guidance when necessary.

Rootwork

  • Rootwork is a complementary tool to tarot readings, providing magical support for the client's desired direction and goals.

  • I draw upon my extensive knowledge of herbs, oils, divination, prayer, and other aspects of spellwork.

  • I believe in the value of seeking input from experienced rootworkers to gain fresh perspectives and techniques.

  • I enjoy crafting spells for road-opening, success, prosperous home, and job-related cases.

  • I uphold ethical principles in rootwork practice, refusing to violate human or animal rights.
